This book is mostly a list of logical fallacies and human tendencies. They include:
There are 48-chapters in total, each covering a specific "lie" humans tell themselves. Accompanying a brief explanation of each is one or two examples, as well as relevant studies that have been performed proving how the change/influence behavior.
Overall I found the book bland and not terribly interesting. There are better books that cover this topic (including the book Super Thinking by Gabriel Weinburg and Lauren McCann) and very few times did I find a chapter truly fascinating.
